Currently my weight is 78 kg. My goal is to make sure that end of December I should be less than 70 kg. I am using this to keep an account of the food that I eat and the exercise i do.
2 cups of coffee
6 pieces of sweet(Milk based, Bengali fare)
1 bowl curd rice
1 bowl kichdi
2 slices of onion.
Absolutely no exercise today
